Primary Corporate Health head offices are based in a new building on Ponsonby Road with expansive views of Waitemata Harbour. 

The purpose built rooms have an airy, relaxed feel and it is here that the executive medicals and personal performance consultations take place. Executive teams are provided with three-hour-long medicals on an annual basis which include a "top to toe" examination, blood tests, lung function tests and ECG's using state of the art computerised exercise ECG testing. 

After the work out of the exercise ECG and a shower, executives discuss their health findings with the corporate physician and plans are made either to improve their health or maintain it at its optimal level. Many executives find this process extremely informative and motivational, and a number persuade their partners to attend privately for a medical following this.

It is this culture of awareness and encouragement towards wellness that PCH tries to engender in clients and client companies.
