Awareness Seminars are
provided on-site, covering a wide range of
health topics. Add page These are educational,
motivational and entertaining for staff. All information
is up to date and presented in a format that is
easily understood by staff. Posters advertising
the topics are provided by PCH to the client company
to ensure that staff are notified of times and
venues well in advance.

Health
Checks are provided on-site either
following seminars or at booked times. These cover
a wide range of health parameters (e.g. blood
pressure, cholesterol, body-mass index, full blood
count, diabetes checks, skin cancer checks), usually
relevant to the health topic of the seminar.

All health measurements and interventions are
recorded for each employee. The PCH physician
will deal with any abnormality or warning sign
picked up during the health checks in an appropriate
way. This may involve:
health advice and monitoring of the parameter
referral to the employee's personal General Practitioner
if acute treatment needed

Executive
Health Assessments are comprehensive
medical examinations, involving blood tests, whole
body examination, ECG (including optional full
exercise ECG), lung function tests, and assessments
of lifestyle, diet, and stress. These are provided
at our offices and each participant receives a
bound report containing a full explanation along
with lifestyle advice on optimising health, exercise,
diet, cholesterol and heart disease, sleep, and
stress management.
Health assessments can be tailored to the specific
needs of client companies.

Pre-employment
Medical Assessments are
offered both on-site and at private consulting
rooms. Many companies request these to help determine
the best area of placement of an employee, as
well as to prevent undue liability for damage
to an employee's health under statutory laws should
the illness be present prior to employment.
